PDQ 32 Catamaran 2pc Trampoline - Ferrari 492 Precontraint Mesh

Overview:

This listing is for a 2pc. white Ferrari 492 Precontraint mesh trampoline to fit a PDQ 32 multihull / cruising catamaran. Our PDQ 32 2pc trampoline is a very sturdy redesign of the original OEM PDQ trampoline. We have added a sturdy 3" mesh overlap and extra rows of sewing around the rear and outboard bolt ropes for extra strength and added longevity. Our trampoline design has omitted the forward "lacing strip," allowing for a more continuous solid surface towards the forward crossbeam (see note below).

This trampoline set is manufactured by expert artisans in the USA and includes these special features:

• Manufactured with Ferrari 492 Precontraint Mesh - an architectural grade mesh
• Perimeter is finished with a high quality 22 ounce Vinyl coated polyester
• Sewn with either V-138 Polyester, or heavy duty Tenara Teflon-coated thread (recommended for the ultimate in UV resistance)
• Six rows of stitching in high-load areas
• Multi-layer construction in high-stress sections to better spread the load; one layer of mesh plus 2 layers of webbing
• Either Brass or Nickle plated spur grommets (recommended for use in the tropics)
• Each #4 spur grommet is pounded in by hand (spur grommets have 'teeth' that bite into the fabric making them very strong)

• One-year warranty against defects in "materials and workmanship"

• Our 2pc re-design of the OEM PDQ 32 3pc trampoline requires 35 / B308 Flat Mast Slides be inserted into your forward crossbeam. CLICK HERE to purchase 35 / B308 slides. 
• Please confirm that the trampoline shown in the product images matches your PDQ 32's mounting configuration, or request detailed drawings for more specific fitment information.
• Pre-cut lacing line available. 
• We recommend the Nickel plated grommets, and Tenara Teflon thread upgrades for the ultimate in longevity.
