Nacra 5.2 Old (74.5'') Catamaran Trampoline - Bias Cut Mesh

Overview: 

We have spent many hours developing this Nacra 5.2 trampoline to our high quality standards. Our trampolines are very well built with these unique features:

• Bias cut one-piece design for uniform tension
• Rear lacing only with built in rear linecatcher
• 12" x 12" halyard pocket near the mast base
• Adjustable hiking straps
• Made of high-quality and very durable trampoline mesh (8oz. polypropylene basket weave mesh)
• Sewn with large size V-138 UV-stabilized polyester thread
• Heavily reinforced with 3" wide heavy-weight polypropylene webbing in rear grommet areas
• at least five rows of stitching in high-load areas (compared to 2 rows from other manufacturers)
• We personally pound each #4 spur grommet by hand (spur grommets are tough; they have 'teeth' that bite into the fabric)
• One-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
• Aft lace tube just like the stock trampoline
• Three grommets on each side rail; 1 grommet for the trapeze bungee and 2 grommets for the daggerboard bungee

Available Options (at an extra cost): 

• Tenara Teflon Thread - By adding this option to your trampoline order we'll sew your new SLO Sail and Canvas trampoline in Tenara Teflon thread by Gore. Tenara has a 15 year warranty in the sun. If you store your boat on the beach this is the best thing you can add to extend the life of your trampoline. Our standard thread is a V-138 polyester thread that is UV stabilized and will last 5-7 years+ in the sun. 
• Zippered Pocket - A larger zippered pocket perfect to hold water bottles, lunch, or sunscreen. The pocket dimensions are roughly 15"x18" and 4" tall. Dimensions may vary slightly depending on the trampoline because of other things getting in the way of a bigger pocket such as hiking straps and lacing grommets, trapeze grommets, jib strop grommets etc. We put the pocket inboard of the hiking straps on Hobie 14 and Hobie 16's on the starboard side of the trampoline. Prindle trampolines will have the zippered pocket on the port side of the trampoline inboard of the hiking straps and opposite the standard halyard pocket we include on all trampolines.
• Lace Kit - Pre cut 1/4" (and sometimes 1/8") line to lace up your new trampoline. Available in white or black.

Notes:

*Check Your Boat: The Nacra 5.2 was produced in two widths, also, non-USA Nacra catamarans may require a narrower trampoline. Measure your boat (from bolt rope track to opposite bolt rope track) to make sure it is the same width as listed below. Also click here for more information

Please let us know if your boat has a center tube. The image of the black trampoline has a center tube.

Please let us know if your trampoline had jib strop cutouts. Some boats have jib wires that were only on top of the trampoline. Other boats have jib wires that penetrate the trampoline. We put the jib cutouts 30" and 42" aft of the forward edge 7-11" from the side rail. The cutout is reinforced with webbing and two rows of sewing.
