Buccaneer 18 Racing Mainsail

Our Buccaneer 18 mainsail is proudly designed and manufactured in our San Luis Obispo, California sails loft.  Our racing sails are built to the class maximum rule.  As always, all of our sails are made 100% in the USA by our highly skilled sailmakers.

      Triple step zig-zag stitching on the seams

*Vinylester tapered leech battens (from Bluestreak/Challenge) for smooth leech exit

*Designed to the maximum size for the Buccaneer class

*Shelf foot

      Allows you to flatten the mainsail upwind and increase the depth downwind.

*Cunningham ring

      Adjust the luff tension independently of the halyard tension

*Telltales

*Sail bag for a rolled sail

*Mutineer class insignia and sail numbers in color of your choice (black, blue, red)

*Computer designed using SMAR Azure Project sailmaking software, cut out on our in house CNC plotter/cutter, and sewn right here in our SLO sail loft.
