Barrel Cover - Custom Wine Barrel Fermentation Covers

Overview:

The Barrel Cover is an open-top fermentation tank cover designed to keep gasses circulating out of the barrel during fermentation and keep dust, dirt and insects out of the wine. 

We stretch a special tightly woven mesh fabric over a rigid hoop to create a lightweight, durable top that breathes. Tension around the hoop is achieved by an elastic cord in the hem of the fabric. The materials used in the barrel cover are designed to be tough enough for years of indoor use. The Barrel Cover is easily cleaned with soap and water and gentle scrubbing with a soft brush. 

We custom build the Barrel Cover to fit your tanks. Pick your own custom color. Many options and configurations are available!
